WTB! Work Carving Head 40 center caps

Probably a long shot...But looking for a set of center caps for my 17 inch Work Carving Head 40 wheels and the necessary screws and tool. Below are some pics of what I'm looking for. The first pic is what I prefer but the others will do. Thanks!
