Default h22a prelude need help

I just purchased a 1992 honda prelude with a 1993 JDM H22A swap. Was told the engine had 120 I miles however the previous owner stated that cylinder 3 has 100 psi of compression . Drove it 30 mins home and seemed okay other then it's loosing a little bit of power and bogging down going up hills. The motor looks fine. Doesn't burn oil or smoke really. The only smoke I seen is when the car first started in the cold and then was fine. Doesn't over heat or anything. Could someone help me out on the compression issue

Welcome. First thing I would do is a a wet and dry compression test. Just prey that it isn't the rings, and it's something as stupid as valve stems.
