I had a 94 accord lx sedan, 2.2L. Was driving to work this morning on the freeway going 70 mph, suddenly it feels as thought I had let off the gas, but did not. I look at the dash, the RPMs and speed are dropping steadily, but slowly. I push on the gas pedal and no responce. The engine is still running fine. There are no warning lights. I pull off to the side, turn the car off & restart. Everything works fine. This is my DD. I'm thinking throttle position sensor. Any other Ideas??

 

Check everything.
Could be a fuel pressure issue, verify all components, back probe MAP/TPS/Thermo sensors, check fuel pressure, verify battery is fully charged/holding a charge. Verify any belt driven devices are not slowly locking up. Turn all non essentials off and see if that affects how the car drives.
