Default Best stockish EG6 shock upgrade?

I have a more or less stock 94 VX that I have built around fuel economy. Anyways, I haul stuff to racetracks and the rear end sags a lot, plus I wouldn't mind a SLIGHTLY stiffer spring rate. I have never seen what the factory spring rates are, so I don't know, but who makes a slightly stiffer spring? Here's what I need:

1: Factory or near factory ride height. Slightly lower is fine, but it has to be as minimal as possible as I enjoy my ride height. I know Koni Yellows/Sports have perch adjustments to retain stock ride height, but that's a bit more than I want to pay at this time.

2: Slightly stiffer spring rates. No clue what the factory rates are, but probably no more than double what the factory rates are. Just something to limit body roll a bit, make the ride a bit more responsive, and keep the rear end from sagging so much when I'm hauling things.

3: Struts that are slightly above stock Showa sportiness. I see some products in my range are Monroe, KYB, Koni, etc., but I just want something that's a slight step up from stock without breaking the bank.

Buy a used ITR shock/spring combo. Roll on it until the shocks blow. Buy new shocks at that time.
