Default FS: 96 EK | K20A2 swap | Lots of modifications

What's up everyone. I have daily driven this car for over 4 years now but it pains me to say that it's time to move on. I have tons of receipts and have documented all of the parts i have added or replaced on it therefore i am going to post it on here. One can never be too detailed in a for sale ad imo lol. Any suspension change received a new alignment. Any engine modification received a new dyno tune. Used oil was sent to Blackstone Labs for analysis and the motor is in great shape. Any non-aftermarket parts have been replaced with genuine OEM Honda parts. All fluids are fresh. Only used Redline 0w-30/Torco MPZ in the motor and Torco MTF in the transmission. Motul 5.1 brake fluid. As you can tell by the pics aesthetics weren't my first priority lol. A solid running mechanically sound car was. The rear is totally gutted. Car has flaws obviously as it's 20 years old. My plan was to eventually swap all these parts onto a newer shell but i just don't have the time anymore. Car dyno'ed at 241/165 by Derek (D-Rob) at Innovative Motorworks. Should make more power with a full 3.5" intake now. Please don't hate on my thread. I am a brutally honest person so any questions/serious inquiries you have please don't hesitate to ask. The mechanics who have worked on my car can vouch for it. A couple users on here that have done a lot of the work are Notoriousrhd92eg and Jerry4life. Asking 5,500 obo. Thanks for your time! My name is Jeff and my number is 215-378-9749. Shoot me a text whenever.
