Icon7 Possible blown head gasket ?

Picked up this 91 accord for $100 bucks not running, when getting home it would crank but that would be it, took the spark plug wires out and all had oil with 4 being drenched. Thinking it was the seals i noticed some black stuff and cardboard in one of the spark plug wells ? as I removed the head and and exhaust manifold i noticed this, any ideas why this is like that ?

Brown gloppy milkshake like strudle? Most likely just a leaking head gasket and a car that sat for a long time with the leak. Can't really tell in the first pic, if it is white ashe deposits then it could be from burning oil.

Looks like the headgasket has already been replaced before as well. Judging by the blue color it's likely a Felpro.

Just pick up a low mileage jdm f22a and swap it in.
