New to this forum and I am in need of some advice, I recently bought a Pathfinder and love it but I still have my 97 ex. Now I am not planning on selling my accord mostly because it was my first car and its extremely sentimental to me. But I was wondering where I should start on making a fun weekend car (maybe even a track day) I was thinking starting with some coil overs and some new spark plugs and other basic "upgrades". Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Try doing what I did. When the shocks needed to be replaced, I installed an upgraded suspension. When the tires wore out, I installed 205/55/15 summer tires. When the brakes wore out, I installed performance brake pads. If the exhaust is bad, buy a cheap $100 exhaust system, cut the ugly cannister off, get a Magnaflow muffler, then have a quality exhaust shop to weld it all together.
Suspension and tires made the most difference in the driving experience to me.
