Default Extra power from advancing spark timing and 93 octane

How much power can be gained from adjusting spark timing (rotating the distributor) and running 93 octane fuel? Does it gain anything at all?

92 Accord EX.

The F-22 is not a (factory stock) High Compression engine so 93 octane gas is a waste of Money. This worked(advancing the timing) on old V8 motors from the 60s and 70s

I had a 67 Plymouth Fury 2dr hardtop with 383 4bbl with a factory 4 speed in 1975 that run on Premium pump gas only or it would PING very loud, not good . Very fun car and Premium gas was 55 cents then and I had an after school job that payed like 2.40 an hour
