Help identifying wires on butchered harness?

Help identifying wires on butchered harness?
Have two pictures in both ive circled wires in question. I got the car with this harness included, the guy that owned it before me had a d16 so its swapped to mpfi and i believe vtec so im guessing a couple of those wires are vtec related but im really not sure, any ideas?

1st picture - wires for cooling fan switch - one yellow with green stripe and one black
2nd picture - wires to the back-up light switch on the transmission - one yellow and one green with black stripe
2nd picture - white wire is for the O2 sensor

Awesome thank you!! Ive had this car sitting around going on 5 years now.
Finally getting it put together, just dealing with the wiring nightmare the previous owner left me.
