1991 Honda civic dx turn signals/hazards inop

I have replaced the relays the turn signal controller on the steering wheel but still does not work. What else should I check/replace

All the turn signal functions have to run through the hazard light switch.

If the switch is broken, none of them will work. Even the turn signals.

I know because it happened to me.

Thank you very much. All that other stuff I did and all it was, was the hazard switch was unplugged.
