I have a 1994 honda civic hatchback cx and I'm swapping the engine for a b18c. I was looking at engine mounts and wasn't sure what the difference between hasport motor mounts and innovative motor mounts was besides around $100. I also wasn't sure if I needed 3 bolt or 2 bolt. Thanks in advance.
2 bolt or 3 bolt all depends on what mount you have installed on the driver side (timing belt side) of the motor itself. Sometimes it's a 2 bolt, sometimes it's a 3 bolt. Look at what you have, and boom, that's what you need. The difference between Hasport and Innovative is brand marketing, and mount appearance. Hasport is more well known, is shiny and ****, and offers fun coatings and **** for more money. Innovative (at least, their $100 cheaper option) are black steel, done, end of story. Both are good. Yonaka is also a good option (and what I'm using for my B swap), if you want cheap cheap.

Look at the bolts on the engine you're swapping in.
Two bolt mount;
Three bolt mount;
Once you've determined what you have, buy the set that's appropriate. Since you haven't told us or posted a pic of your bolt pattern we can't tell you if those are the correct mounts.
