Icon5 Civic turn signals don't work after minor accident

I bashed up the passenger side headlight on my 1999 Civic. The turn signal bulb was broken. For a few minutes, the left turn signal worked but then they both went dead.
I replaced the bulb, checked every fuse I can find. Everything seems ok. My hazard lights work fine.
Any thoughts?

Check the turn signal fuse in the dash fuse box. The hazard lights get power from a fuse in the hood fuse box.

Also check the ground. It's small, the bolt is small, and with all the years, it's rusty as ****. A small fender bender could have broken it.
