Hi, I have been trouble shoot this code but have yet to find the source of the problem. 03 Pilot with 209K miles.

So far I removed the intake manifold, cleaned out all the carbon deposit in the cover as well as the 6 small ports (holes), removed the throttle body and cleaned all that out, cleaned out the idle air control valve, cleaned out the egr port and replaced the egr valve. I also removed the egr valve and started the engine, there are lots of air sucking in the openings but the engine didn't stall, the idle isn't moving up and down as fast as expected.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
