I think it’s time to finally part ways with my S2000 and move on to other things in life. I have owned this car since it was bone stock in 2010 and have done all the work myself minus the fabrication work. The build listed was completed in 2014 and has ran flawlessly ever since. This is damn near a turnkey 9 second car minus the stock transmission being the weak point. I have photos of every part of the build and receipts for most of it. I have many folks that will vouch for the cleanliness of this car and the tune that it runs on. Don’t get me wrong, this is not a quiet car by any means with the stiff motor and diff mounts but it runs perfectly. This is a car that you can get in, drive, and make it back home without issues on the road. The ONLY issue you will have is possibly breaking the stock transmission because it’s weak and the mickey Thompson drag radials aren’t forgiving.
This car will have to go a special owner that knows the entire build process and understands the workings of this car. This is not a car for some young kid that simply wants to daily drive, not care for it, and be oblivious to everything in the build. Anything can break on any car and with a build like this, it’s probably best for track use only. This will be a perfect car for shops that want an S2000 in their stable and only want to spend minimal money to make it track ready. Suspension, cage, and transmission will have this car ready to run 9’s
Might wanna up the boost or use a bigger turbo to up the power. This build (minus tranny) SHOULD handle upwards of 900-1000whp. Car is currently making 665whp / 429tq.
I have approximately $20,000 in the build alone, not including the countless hours of labor involved during the entire process. The build has roughly 3,000 miles on it and is ready to do something more than just cruise around on the weekends.
Asking $27,000
I can remove the Haltech Racepak dash and subtract $900 instantly. I have the stock cluster as well.
Clean Title In Hand
This car is in amazing shape.
Exterior – 8.5 / 10
Interior – 9.5 / 10
No major dings dents or scratches. This car has been garage kept for the 6 years that I’ve owned it and has never seen rain.
It made 665whp / 429wtq @ 31 psi on E85. I maxed out the turbo because of the small .91 back housing. I am including the 1.10 housing.
Shawn from Ramey Built can vouch for the cleanliness and operation of this car. I would be fine with a 3rd party doing a lookover on the car.
