Cold Start Problem 97' Honda Accord
Hello I have a 1997 Honda Accord SE 2.2 (F22B2) non VTec Automatic Trans, reads 190k miles. When starting engine in the morning which is about 40-55 degrees(F) it'll crank but wont start. Once it gets warmer around 60+ it'll have a rough idle until it warms up (it's not a fluctuating problem with the IACV) MAP sensor replaced and also the O2 Sensor for my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT... ALSO replaced ECT Sensor.... STILL having cold start problem. Troubleshooting now, could it be the High Idle Valve?
PLEASE NOTE
I saw this video of a man in North Virginia having the SAME problem as myself, uses a blowdryer to warm up the ECU and itll eventually start up heres the LINK PLEASE WATCH TO EXPLAIN.

Pull ecu... remove only the bottom cover of the back of the pcb showing... Wrap top cover and completely wrap the top and wrap around edges of bottom leaving the bottom open. Meaning wrap say 5 layers of tin foil to reflect heat from primary components like the caps and chips and plastic connections. Be sure to completely cover the top though we don't want one iota of heat on top chip components or plastic. I removed both covers, and put 5 layers tightly over all caps and chips and wrapped over the plastic Plug connectors. Make 4 tin foil ***** to set the PCB on so the PCB is lifted off the cooking sheet. Pre-heat oven 450f... once pre-heat complete... place pcb on top of 4 tin foil *****... 15min or if oven temp error 25min... Once 15-25min open door shut off oven and wait to cool for 25min. This will fix the starting issues. You may have a fault in the fuel pump relay, hell remove it and do them both at the same time. I can 100% guarantee you it will be working perfectly! I know from experience because I did it after having major starting issues and now the car starts up immediately 0.1 milliseconds and it's on no matter how hot or cold. The intake also sucks in a lot more noticeably than before, different growl to the engine and power and throttle response is extremely responsive enough to get in trouble with if your not careful! I even shift 1st to 4th, to 5th because it has plenty of oomph to do it.
How would putting part of the computer in the oven fix the starting? It would just get cold again and won't start... I switched the fuel pump relay and it didn't fix the issue so i put the original back in but I'll switch it back tonight when it's cold (43 degrees F) and won't start to see if the fuel pump relay will fix the cold start... DOUBT IT THO... it's something with the ECU... In the mornings I have to use a blow dryer on the ECU and it'll start up EASY... -_-
