My 99 accord is hesitating as I take off in any gears rpms don't really want to go up in have videos I can show yous it makes a weird noise I've changed and replaced muilptle things lmk as soon as possible if u can help

 

What all have you replaced? Plugs, wires, cap/rotor? Which engine do you have?
