Hello am new here, i purchased a 02 ep3 all stock . It had a CEL for codes p1166 & p1167. I replaced both oxygen sensors and also replaced fuse #14 because i read in another thread that i should replace that fuse if it was bad, which it was. The other thread also said to check fuses#2 and #4 booth of those are good. But CEL and codes are still there. Now i cant even erase the codes. At least my scanner doesnt do it. Idk if other scanner would . Any help will be greatly appreciated . Thanks for reading and for your time.

 

I have the same problem. Fuse #2 in dash doesn't get 12v, and #15 and #17 under hood are also dead. Leaning towards replacing under hood fuse box. Please update thread.
