I have the EGR code and have looked at the excellent recommendations and will try opening the plenum. Are there any special tips about doing this before I begin? I will order the plenum gasket before opening. Will I need gasket sealer? How hard is it to clean the lower part of the plenum with out taking it off of the motor?
