Ignition output signal missing CEL 15
1998 GSR with JDM B18C GSR OBD1 Swap.
Today I replaced my ICM and Coil. After doing so my car starts and dies seconds after. I'm getting CEL 15: Ignition output signal missing or defective
I've checked the white and green wire running to the icm and it is plugged in and there aren't any rips in it. What can I do?
