Rear disk brakes
front and rear seats

front knuckles (IF ur 98 "ek" is any model but ex)
ex front knuckles pretty much same as integras with exception of brake caliper/pads i believe

ur coilovers too if ur car is on aftermarket suspension
LCAS wont fit tho but shocks will

Integra front knuckles are totally different than civic ones. You'll need an alignment really badly. Not sure how/if it affects bumpsteer, toe curve, or anything else, though.

im pretty sure the knuckles are the same/interchangeable if its

94-01 integra (any model) VS 92-00 EX/SI

the difference was brake caliper/mounting part i believe

Master cylinder and booster. You may have to reflare 1 line, but the increase in cylinder size is a huge improvement to the civic 13/16th one. Ideally the 1 inch is the best, but I forget which teg models had this size.

92-95 Civic EX is the interchangeable one. 96-00 had slightly revised geometry. Integra knuckles will bolt up to the later body but will never be quite right no matter how well it is aligned.
