My 1997 Accord EX Wagon Auto ABS light came on when temperatures dropped below freezing. There was also a front end rattle when the ABS pump would activate that would last about 15 - 30 seconds. This rattle would occur each time the car was started and would happen three separate times a minute apart before activating the ABS light again, (if all codes had already been cleared) The code read as 13, High Pressure Leakage. Below is how to read your ABS codes and what the codes mean. Instead of using the "SCS Short Connector" I used a bent to fit paperclip to jump the two pins in the "Service Check Connector".
From research I found that a cheap place to start and likely solution would be to replace the ABS accumulator O-ring (#22, part #57072-ST5-003) and ABS pump O-ring (#23, part #57315-ST5-003). Reference the picture below. I found that the ABS unit also only had the rubber dust cap (#13, part #57196-ST5-003) and was missing the plastic cap (#12, part #57195-ST5-003) with o-ring (#14, part #57198-ST5-003). I ordered the o-rings and missing cap pieces.
After completing replacement of the O-rings and the missing cap I refilled the reservoir and bled the ABS system following the instructions in the service manual.
After completing all of these steps I cleared the stored ABS codes and then started the car several times letting it run a few minutes each time. The ABS code never came back and I no longer had the little front end rattle that would occur each time the car would start when the ABS pump would run to pressurize the system.
I also had my 1995 Accord EX wagon 5-speed swap have the same issue when the freezing temperatures hit but it stopped when the warmer weather came back whereas the 1997 did not. The 1995 was throwing code 18, High Pressure System. This code cleared and has not returned. The 1995 does still have the ABS pump fire off and rattle for about five seconds every time I start the car to pressurize the system so I know there is still a leak present. I will be performing the same procedure on it shortly. I hope this info helps someone.

I completed replacement of both of the O-rings on my 1995 Accord EX wagon today. No ABS codes present. All leaks appear to be controlled. I performed the repair on both cars without disconnecting the ABS assembly from the car. I propped it up on a board as shown in the Youtube video.
