Default Fuel pressure problem

Hi everybody I have a 1990 Honda Civic DX I currently have a b16 and I have done a wire tuck and brake tuck I have also removed my evap but I'm not sure what to do with the the fuel vent line I have tried blocking it and leaving it unblocked but my fuel pressure will not go above 40 psi and when I turn off the car it immediately drops to zero if anybody has ran into this problem or knows what I need to do your advice would be very helpful

what fuel pressure regulator are you running? I know of multiple cars with no evap system and no problems.

Thanks for writing I'm actually running a blox racing fuel regulator I had this entire swap in my eg that was totaled I literally bought this ef as a shell and just swapped everything brakes suspension motor tranny harness computer fuel pump basically everything is exactly the same it was even dyno tuned everything was basically plug and play no problems with the install motor turns on fine but fuel pressure does not move it stays that 40psi constantly that was never an issue with my eg so I'm figuring something must be wrong with my fuel tank vacuum it's just strange because I tried capping the fuel vacuum line and the same problem happen

Pinch off your return line and see if pressure increases. I'm running 54 psi on a tank with open evap system right now....
