Default F20b swap to 99 Lx

So, I'm getting ready to do the F20b swap to a 99 Lx and I had already read in the forum that the swap should be a direct fit but also read about some issues like fuel pump and temp gauges not working, no my questions are the following. I'm planning on using a P28 chipped ecu with F20b base map, do I need the OBD2a or OBD2b jump harness? Also, if I use this setup Will I run into the same issues with the fuel pump not working?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

You will need the OBD2B harness. As far as the fuel pump, not sure - never heard of that issue. For the temp gauge, I believe that's correct when you use a different ECU than stock on those models. I know it's true for Hondata anyway.

You're gonna need to do better than a basemap to get any benefits from your swap.
