My new Honda Accord, Sport model is equipped with 235/40 R19 96V tires. The ride is very stiff. Could I get a better ride if I changed out the wheel and tires? What size wheel and tire would work?

Of course, you could achieve smoother ride by adding smaller rims on your Honda. For example, you can get R18 with thicker tires. See Accord recommended size.
