Hi Peeps! I am looking for some advice for my 87 Integra, she won't start! I got the car in July last year and she was running beautifully. Since the car was new to me I did a tune up, plugs, wires and all that good stuff. Then she ran fine for a while and then started having trouble starting untill finally, no start at all. I have tried replacing the main relay and the ignition switch but sadly neither of these were the problem. If anyone has ANY ideas I would love to hear them!!!! I really need to get this car running again, tags are due in Feb. and she needs a smog. So this trial and error with these parts is taking way too long! My next guesses....neutral safety switch? ignition control module? starter solenoid? Fuel filter? Although it doesn't seem to be a fuel problem, it seems more like an electrical problem????? Please help, I'm desperate!!!

Starting Problems

 

Does the check engine light stay on? If it does its the ecu. Other than that sounds like you need a new battery.

 

Is the starter engaging the flywheel? Are you cranking w/o turning over? Lets start with what is going on first, instead of throwing parts hoping it would work.
