99 Accord engine swap compatibility question
Hey guys, forgive in advance for newbie status. I am new to the Honda scene but love cars and have always wanted to get into a project and recently scored a little Accord that is just a blast to drive and I have caught the fever now. My question is, could I swap the 2.3 that's currently in the car with a 3.2 from a 99 Acura without too many issues and if so what are the main issues that i need to be aware of? The Acura is an Auto and my Accord is a standard, I don't know much at all about either of the cars but I have both in my possession so I can provide any info needed to help aid in making this question easier to answer. Thanks in advance for any help guys.
If you want the v6 engine. Sell the car you have and go buy one with a v6.
Just be prepared, the v6's in this gen ONLY came with an auto trans. So if you want a v6 with a manual.......
Again, sell the car you have an look for a newer gen (03 and up) that is factory v6 with a manual trans.
Not trying to sound like an a hole but for the money, time, complexity of converting what you have into what you are asking just isn't worth it.

Thanks for the response, It looks like I will just stay with the 2.3 and play around with that for a while. I mean its fun to drive now I just had an opportunity to grab this 3.2 engine for real cheap and was gonna upgrade to a v6, but I am more than happy to take any recommendations on things I can do to get a little more out of this 2.3 if you or anyone else have any.
