Default 02 accord killing

Hey guys. Any insight on why my accord seems to bottom out when I push the clutch in at a stop? Its an 02 with 166k on it. It's mainly when the car is cold but it's almost as if the car can't "catch its breath". I'm thinking idle air control valve but I'm not sure. Outside of coming to a stop the car idles perfect. I've cleaned it a few times but doesn't seem to help. I have a short video if that helps but I couldn't post it on here. Thanks in advance!
