Default Help with o2 sensor wiring

I am needing help figuring out how to wire in a 4 wire o2 into a single 02 on my harness and which wires go to which wires to the p28 and what not... I am two plugs away from being finished the other question I have is what to do with these two white plugs at the resistor box..

Not sure how to wire this up.. Male end has 8 wires female has twelve I believe with totally different plugs<br/>...

what model is your car and which engine harness do you have? - the round 8-wire connector is for an MPFI car and the other round connector is for a DPFI car or maybe a different model car - they are not compatible in more ways than the obvious of not being able to plug them together - you need the engine harness that matches your car's chassis harness and then you make any necessary changes to the engine harness - looks to me like you have a MPFI chassis harness and some other engine harness

Hey, I'm using a d16z6 and putting it into my 91 si.we stuck the harness on this weekend and changed some plugs around that needed to be switch and what not and got stumped on the 02 single wire to four wire and then got stuck with these two white connectors. Can I just splice together what needs to be spliced and tape off the remaining UN needed wires? As I said this is my first swap so bear with me :s

I bought this off a guy in town who said it was off a swap he did and that it was ready to plug and play... Maybe he lied lol.

it is obviously not plug and play - my guess is that the D16Z6 came out of a car that was originally DPFI (like a DX) and the DPFI engine harness was modified for the D16Z6 - in that case, the DPFI engine harness is not going to work and you need to use a MPFI engine harness from a 89-91 (not 88, unless your car is an 88) Civic/CRX Si or 90-91 Civic EX and then modify it to work with the D16Z6 - a couple of things will tell you if it is a DPFI harness - at the passenger side firewall connection to the chassis harness, the DPFI engine harness has only two connectors where the MPFI harness has three connectors - the connector for the EACV on the DPFI harness is green in color
