Default 92 accord ex brake issues

Hey what's up I have a 92 ex accord with abs that's having some brake issues, specifically being that the car is very rear biased and just doesn't stop well. Car has a new master cylinder, new front calipers pads and rotors for a wagon, and stock rear discs. the issue was present with the stock front brakes as well, and after the caliper swap/upgrade everything bled fine, but not sure where to go from here, or how to bleed the abs pump. The pedal doesn't feel all that spongy, but it's definitely not rock hard either. I have the same brake set up on my civic and the front brakes are super responsive. Any ideas?

How are you determining that the front brakes aren't working correctly ?

IF the wheel diameters are the same, wheel/tires are the same size and the rubber is the same on all four corners then it is most likely a hydraulic problem.

The ABS system is offline until needed. Normal braking does not require ABS.

FWD cars have a system that is split diagonally. Left Front + Right Rear / Right Front + Left Rear. If there is a front-rear bias problem I would look at the factory proportional valve as a most likely culprit. If the spring inside has failed or the valve has seized open, the rear brakes would receive more pressure than needed and allow the rear wheels to lockup.

the car physically feels similar to if you were stopping using just the emergancy brake, and if i let it sit for a small amount of time to where the rotors rust over, i hit the brakes and the rear rotors will be cleared up within one or two stops while the fronts take more stops

Are they "high performance" pads? Some of them need time to break in and/or need some heat to work properly.

You shouldn't need to bleed the ABS pump for this.
