Default cam gear setting with ITR b18c5/6 cams in B16a

what are the best degrees in intake and exhaust ?
i will install ITR b18c5/6 cams and BWR cam gear


my engine is a b16a1 stock, with ITR intake and exhaust manifold

I would run 0/0 until tuned on a dyno.

Maybe... maybe not. If the head hasn't ever been milled, and the block is virgin as well, it will likely make maximum power with the stock cam gears. Adjustable ones look pretty... make sure you get a quality brand set (NOT from Ebay) and you might just pick up a few (yes, like 2-4 wheel HP) if you try different settings on the dyno. This type of testing is time consuming and costly for the potential HP increase, unless you have a really generous tuner... or cam tuning is included in the tune price.

Probably not on stock cams. with dyno time you might get a little as the other guy suggested though usually it's at the expense of power in other areas. Like gain 4 peak hp and lose bottom end power

are this the specs of itr cams ?

INTAKE

Max valve lift - 11.5 mm
Intake opening 15 deg (BTDC)
Intake closing 45 deg (ABDC)
INTAKE lift - 11.5 mm, duration 240 @1mm


EXHAUST

Max valve lift - 10.5 mm
Exhaust opening 45 deg (BBDC)
Exhaust closing 10 deg (ATDC)
EXHAUST lift - 10.5mm, duration 235 @1mm
