store lists koyo release bearing but it says only for b18b1
they don't have koyo or any other good brand fro b18c motor
I always thought that physically the clutch and flywheel are all interchangeable for b series hydraulic
on that topic also
what about high HP cars are you guys using same release bearings as stock motor or is there a heavy duty one for stage 87 clutches etc?
what brands are good?
I see SKF koyo national Timken...

From an OE clutch perspective, ALL "B" series hydraulic transmissions use the same release bearing. Many aftermarket clutches utilize the same type bearing, although this is not a guarantee. When you purchase an aftermarket clutch kit, it is advisable to use the release bearing that the manufacturer recommends. Twin disc clutch kits as well as "super singles" use a modified OE style release bearing so the diaphragm fingers don't hang on the center bore of the release bearing.
