Default 2000 Honda accord with f23a1

I have a 2000 Honda Accord EX with a 2001 f23a1 motor. I blew the last one up. My question is, what can I do engine internally to have more fun with this car. I race on the track. An it is just not as powerful as I would like it to be on the streets. I need a full list of motor internal parts, an transmission internal parts. That will get me the most horsepower out of this car as I can. An best handling parts to keep it on the road. Please help if you can?

Mine is a four banger but five speed have 240,000 on the body an 100,000 on motor just seeing what all I can do with my car. As in should I swap the motor for a motor you can do more too or what. Also I race because it is my hobby it keeps me out of trouble

Why not go with the B18!

Lol.... k20 and B18's belong in civics. You want more power go H22 or 2.3/2.4.
