Default need help ASAP

Crashed my 97 accord f22 5 speed I have a 99 accord f23 5speed I was wondering can I bolt f22 motor onto f23 tran I was told I could put f22 motor an trans in 99 just change over manilfold etc but clutch lines don't seem to match up on trans. Do I have to change over engine harnesses or anything. I'm a mechanic but still entry level I need to get a car up an runnning please if anyone know plz leave a comment all help is appricated

Is this an F22B1 or F22B2? I.E. is it VTEC or Non?..... Non VTEC into a 99 will require the use of the 97ECU and wiring harness.

If it is the VTEC F22B1 you can swap it in without issues. Use all the F23 bolt-ons, intake, distributor, exhaust and keep all of the stock 99 wiring and ECU.

You can keep the 99 transmission and the F22 will bolt up directly.
