Hi, my buddy recently helped me with retrofitting my new lights on my 03 civc lx sedan. I was try to adjust the headlights left and right but it wouldn't move. The screws tuned but the light didn't move at all. Any suggestions?

Sounds stripped or already maxed out on adjustment. This is the problem with retrofits... If you don't get it just right, you may not have enough adjustment in the housing to accomodate your alignment error in the installation. Might have to take it all apart again.
