Today I went to drive my car and it was raining, for some reason I went out after working a 5 hour shift and I noticed my lights were on....

When I walked towards my car they went off? So not thinking of it.. got in my car, but my lights weren't on. That's where I found it weird.

Drove it home, had an hour break and went to start it, then its just clicking.... not starting at all almost like there is no power to my battery.

Try to start it 4 hours later and it starts just fine, but for some reason, the right blinker is stuck on solid... then I pull my key out, and it is still running...

Start playing around with the whipers and highbeams trying to draw power out to kill it, and I unplug the negative end and after around 30 seconds of taking power for whipers and highbeams it dies..

Restart is and it does the same thing....

I don't even know where to start because it seems as if the battery is fine and so is the starter considering it starts just fine.
