Icon5 Knocking D16Y8

Hey guys,

I recently bought a 97 Civic EX with the d16y8. Doesn't burn or leak oil.

Yesterday, it started making a VERY loud knocking noise and it sounded like there was a marble or a piece of metal running around hitting everything inside the engine.. Sounded like it was coming from the head..

Before I take the valve cover off, I would like some opinions on what it might be and what I should look into in order to diagnose it.
If the engine is screwed, I'm planning on putting a b18b1 in there. lol.

Here is a video:

y8's love spinning bearings. instead of pulling the valve cover, pull the oil pan.

Look for metallic flakes in your oil.
