WTB (4) 4x100 steelies with tires

need set of (4) 4x100 steelies with tires for my shell to roll in and out of shop OC AREA

15x6 +45 4x100 from 2001 civic ex with 195.55.15 tires. Wheels and tires are same size as civic si, gsr and ls.

Well I'm available Wednesday morning to pick up or meet. I need 4 wheels with tires. My budget is $100 can you help me? And I don't need the hub caps
