I'm jus trying to clarify are any of the momo jdm ITR style steering wheels that we love so much ended up as part of the airbag recall?

The accord is iffy. it's from a 2001, which is a part of the recall. I would take a look and see what airbag it has. Maybe even try to just remove the airbag itself.
The thing is, I don't know how it differs in other countries. a UK site is saying 2002+ accords are recalled, but in the US, 2001 and up are recalled.
The ITR wheel should be safe though. No integra of that generation is being recalled from what I'm seeing.
