1994honda del sol s model/driving up hill /not real steep/shifting gears 1 through 4 as usual/and then when i went into 5th it started vibrating/just shifting from 1 through 4 now/not using 5th/is there something else going on here/or is it just a clutch issue/thanks?

Your lugging your motor. I have the same setup, I will not go up any type of incline without a lower gear i.e. 2-3rd are your friend.
