Ok so i have a 95 si i got a while back guy told me dimmer switch tends to not work to just tap it and it would work and i did for a while but i gave up to much of a hastle so i resoldered it and got it working. bought a new dimmer switch with the sunroof sw and the cruise control sw so i popped that in and works like its suppose to.

but for a while now ( when i got the car ) my left right break light is dim on the body not the tail gate / hatch opening which concerns me cause the driver side is fine. Now i went to to check and the plug that connect to the harness i think its behind the bulbs a small plug it has play so if i move it my light go crazy like instead of my blinkers blinking the break will blink and vise versa.




Does anyone know my problem ? i have parking and reg lights and my dash light work fine no climate due to aftermarket radio i suppose other then that everything else is fine ie . reverse, break

 

Make sure you have a good ground to start.

 

how would i check if i have a good ground ? the light works its just dimmer then the rest
