Today I planed to replace a broken daily running light in left font. When I removed the air intake cover and duct, and got the light out of the connector, I failed to hold the light. It went into the air intake system, I tried to find it, but it seems to roll into the tube, I could not reach it.
Do anybody know whether it will damage my car? How can I get it of my car?
My car is 2010 accord sedan 3.5 V6.
It makes me crazy....
Thanks.
The bulb dropped into the air intake, when I opened the cover as this picture.
Today I see it in the the bottom of the chamber after I remove the air filter, but I cannot reach it.
Yea, leave it alone.....it will find its way out more than likely, there are usually opens at the bottom of the chamber that it will just roll out onto the road at some point.
There isn't enough air flow to pick it up and even try to get it into the engine.....even if there was, the air filter will stop it.......you are good to go.
