So I recently bought a 91 civic dx hatchback. The guy I bought it from said it needed a new tps. He had swapped it from dpfi to mpfi and it will run and throttle works great sometimes when you shift sometimes you lose complete power and no response sometimes it just does this while cruising. I checked the code I counted 20 blinks and so did someone else. I thought there wasn't a code 20. It's still obd0. Please help I need to get this working right to pass safety and emissions.
