What is the best brand for tranny and motor mounts.90 civic hatch stock eng
Stock or aftermarket?

If your stock, I'd just get some OEM replacement mounts to avoid having the car vibrate with urethane filled stock mounts. Unless you're making a ton of power the urethane isn't necessary. If you're doing a lot of launches on a stock motor, you'll still wear out the stock mounts quick.

justt fill them with urethane from home depot
Do one then two, then if you still want stiffer, do three, then four
Start with the one furthest from the cabin.
They'll last forever if done right
