I have a 92 EG si with a 2000 b18c1 swap, Vibrant headers, and straight pipe, i also had a 3" vibrant muffler , but my neighbors were calling cops all the time cuz it was loud. So i removed it and installed a 92 EG Stock muffler, so the straight pipe size is 2.25" diameter , and the muffler is 1 1/4". Sounds so shitty, and raspy like bees in a can. Any ideas? i was thinking about getting a 06-08 OEM Si muffler and slapping it on i think the the diameter is 2.25" so it shouldnt sound ricey, i dont want loud muffler

 

Does it have a Cat? I tried running a test pipe but it made the exhaust sound like a can of bees. I ended up buying a resonator to put in place of the cat and it sounds a lot better.
