check engine lights came on with my 2012 civic si
I had just bought a 2012 civic si coupe from the dealer and my check engine, vsa system, emissions, and power steering lights came on out of nowhere. I didn't even have it for a week and it turned on. Has anybody ever had this happen to them? This car doesn't even have many miles on it. Only 30k. Help. Thanks.
Take it back to the dealer, check if it is a certified car.
Normally the dealer will have a 90 day warranty or some form of extended warranty.
If I buy a car close to the expiration of the manufacturers warranty I would always negotiate for a 12m/12k warranty.
Good Luck.

Is it cold where you are? Like below freezing? My Si had a similar problem within a year of buying it ( twice actually ) and it turned out to be the throttle position sensor ( TPS ) that was affected by the cold air running through it. At the time, it was -32C ( -28F ). The dealer ended up replacing my throttle assembly. No problems since.
