Default 2007 Civic Hybrid Advice

Hi Guys,

Just picked up a 2007 Civic Hybrid with 70K. Has a couple dents and slight rust on one of the fenders. In addition, the idling is slightly weird. While in drive, the idle drops to around 600 and jumps back up to 800 creating a weird vibration. Also was wondering, can the car operate with a bad hybrid battery, ie on the gas engine alone without having some crazy issue?

Other than that the car seems to be in great shape. Was wondering what you guys recommend to do to fix those minor issues. In addition, what are some cool mods for the hybrid?

New rims? Intake? Exhaust? Body kits/new fender? Paint job? ECU Tune? Suspension work?

This is my daily commuter (60 miles). I have the money so any advice would be great. Not looking for anything flashy etc. Tasteful only.

Thanks in advance.
