Thanks everyone! And the other holes dont go all the way they're just half way. But I appreciate the help, some guy sold it to me saying it was for a b16 not a GSR. Im just gonna sell it and buy another.

If you look on page 3 of my build thread I have a pic of my VX for GSR. Exact same bolt pattern and coolant port location. My manifold has those 2 extra holes as well, not sure that they are for.

I appreciate the feed back a lot! If its the same ill post it for sale as GSR manifold so I dont screw anyone over. I bought it off someone saying it was for a b16 and it didn't fit so im selling it.
