do any of the two sealing bolts act as a sight plug for the fluid? 34 and 35

I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure all manual transmissions are filled through the fill bolt hole (#41 in the diagram) until the fluid is level with the bottom of the hole, or til fluid starts to flow out, while on a level surface of course. That's how all my 96-2000 civics, and 95 accord ex wagon are.

I haven't ever seen a sight glass on one of the fifth gen accords with manual tranny.

I don't know your car year/model/engine/tranny so there is no way to look up information for your specific car.

Of the three Accord manual transmissions I've seen, they are just regular access plugs, not sight glasses.

Nope.
39 is your drain plug.
41 is your fill/sight plug.
