Default changing internals will it affect fuel maps?

I'm just curious if for example I take a stock type-r motor

change to forged rods and pistons but keep stock compression
change valvetrain from stock to stronger aftermarket dished valves as well.
change to lighter flywheel... and better harmonic balancer.
have crank and pistons and rods balanced etc.

on otherwise stock motor
will any of that change the fueling requirements?

in theory if I keep same compression ratio and same cams It would run as stock just be better balanced for extended high RPM driving?

why? I don't know . but if I had forged rods and pistons laying around. while rebuilding a motor.

Theoretically? Probably a little. You're still changing rotating/reciprocating masses and material properties, so mechanical and heat transfer efficiencies will follow.

Realistically? Probably not much if at all.

Are you trying to build something to run on a stock ecu or something?

no I just came across a good deal on forged rods and was curious.
I thought it might have some effect because of lower mass. just wanted to confirm/deny my theory.

if it doesn't affect that much I might do something like that when I'm building another motor. so I can safely drive all the way to work in vtec lol

I miss my motor and hearing Honda motor in general. I'm stuck with driving a stock gsr and a truck now
I enjoy high revving motors more than torque
