Hey Guys

Ive got some rust on my hatch that I'm trying to fix
Where do you think I should cut on the salvage piece.

I've drawn a line with a silver sharpie of where I think I should cut.

Here's the top side.

What I'm worried about is, I'm cutting through a bunch of layers of metal that I won't be able to weld back together.
Here I show 4 layers. When this back together I will only be able to weld the outer most layers.

take that apart layer by layer and you will have your idea of where you need to cut.
Its better to replace the whole parts then just fragments if you can.
